How it works
Quick questions
- Can you come with me to appointments? Yes — we can accompany you, help you stay organised, and get you home safely. We don’t provide medical advice or clinical support.
- Do you provide transport? We can accompany you on foot, public transport, or taxi (arranged as agreed).
- Can you help with shopping payments? You stay in control of payments. We can help you shop and carry bags, but we don’t manage finances.
- Can you collect prescriptions? We can collect items from a pharmacy as agreed, but we don’t administer medication.
- How often can visits happen? One-off help, occasional support, or a regular weekly routine.
- Do you cover all of London? We cover many London areas. Availability depends on postcode and schedule — share your postcode and we’ll confirm quickly.
Clear boundaries (non-regulated support)
These are CQC-regulated activities and are not part of our service.
